Stand Options
Floor Space Only
All exhibitors on “floor space” only stands must provide own company identification and walling or framework, constructed of acceptable material and finished on inner and outer walls. Exhibitors on “floor space” stands are prohibited from using the back and side walls of adjoining stands.
The Floor space ONLY option includes:
- 1 x 15 amp Plug Point
- Grey Carpets
- Stand Cleaning & Portage
Exhibitors may not drill holes or drive nails or screws into the walls and floors of the venue. See venue regulations for restrictions. Alternative methods of stabilising structures must be devised. Similarly objects may not be suspended from catwalk/roof/balustrading of the venue. Adequate protection must be provided for floor and wall protection in the form of heavy duty plastic or similar material to prevent damage to the floor and walls of the venue.
Should an exhibitor extend their stand design walls beyond 2.5m height, the walls beyond this height needs to be suitably finished and decorated on the reverse side in a neutral colour acceptable to the adjoining stand – no unsightly wiring and finishes will be accepted.
Complete Form No. 10 to upgrade from Floor Space to package, at an additional charge of R485.00 per m² (excl.)
